Thanh McKenzie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Studies, specialising in Translation and Interpreting, from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She was awarded the CIPD Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is a professional member of the Institute in the United Kingdom. She also holds the TQUK Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (RQF), an Ofqual-regulated qualification.
